Citroen Confidence Service Price Promise provides you with a quality service for a maximum price nationally for each of the first five (5) scheduled services* (conducted annually or at specified km milestones, whichever occurs first).
When your vehicle's scheduled service falls due, visit the Citroen Australia website, select your vehicle and the appropriate service interval from the service price calculator and that is the maximum price you will pay for the service interval selected at participating Citroen Authorised dealers*.

The published price covers all standard scheduled service maintenance items listed under Service Operations at www.citroen.com.au
including genuine Citroen parts, labour, fluids & lubricants and sundries as well as inspections and adjustment of all items listed for that service interval.
Items not covered in the published price include (but are not limited to)
additional service schedule items that may be required due to the vehicle having been driven in arduous or severe conditions,
items replaced which are subject to wear and tear eg batteries, ball joints, light bulbs, wiper blades, brake pads, shock absorbers,
tyres, wheels, clutches, wheel bearings etc.,
adjustments that may be required from time to time as a result of normal usage such as noises and vibrations, door,
boot and bonnet alignment, wheel alignment and tyre balancing, lock adjustments and headlight alignments,
repairs required due to damage caused by accidents, use of non- genuine parts and accessories, poor quality or unsuitable fuel and
modifications or conversions by companies not approved by Citroen.
For new Citroen Vehicles sold between 1 January 2015 and 1 August 2017, the Citroen Capped Price Service program will continue to apply.

The Citroen Confidence Service Price Promise Program (Program) is a Program designed to give prospective purchasers and owners
of Citroen vehicles increased transparency around scheduled service costs so that they can make informed choices based on how they service their Citroen.
The Program sets the maximum price you will pay for each of the first 5 standard scheduled services,
as set out at www.citroen.com.au (subject to terms and conditions).
The Program applies to new Citroen vehicles sold on and from 1 August 2017.
The below table sets out the recommended service intervals for new Citroen vehicles that will be eligible under the Program ("Eligible Vehicles"):

Even if you don't drive far enough to cover the distance between recommended time-based service intervals,
you should still service the vehicle according to the time periods set out above.
Conversely, if the distance between recommended kilometre-based service intervals is travelled in a time period shorter than the
recommended time based intervals, the vehicle should still be serviced according to the recommended kilometre-based intervals above.
The Program applies to the following five (5) eligible scheduled services only:
For vehicles with 12mth/15,000 klms standard scheduled service intervals:
12 months / 15,000km Scheduled Service
24 months / 30,000km Scheduled Service
36 months / 45,000km Scheduled Service
48 months / 60,000km Scheduled Service

For vehicles with 12mth/20,000 klms standard scheduled service intervals:

Under the Program each of the above scheduled services will be carried out for a maximum of the Program price published on
www.citroen.com.au ("Published Price").
Nothing within these terms and conditions prevents individual participating dealers
from charging less than the Published Price for any of the services.
The recommended service must be carried out within 1 month or 2,000kms of the recommended time/mileage parameters to ensure that the vehicle complies with the Citroen servicing guidelines. If you miss a scheduled service interval, the Published Price for that particular service will no longer be available, however the Published Price for the next standard scheduled service will become available. It is important to note that if you miss any standard scheduled services, additional work may be identified at the next scheduled service interval which is not included in the Published Price for the subsequent service.
The Published Price covers all standard scheduled service maintenance items for the relevant service interval as listed under Service Operations on the Citroen Australia website www.citroen.com.au , including:
genuine Citroen parts,
fluids & lubricants, and
The Published Price does not cover:
additional service schedule items that may be required due to the vehicle having been driven in arduous or severe conditions. By way of example:
Continuous door to door use
Urban use with regular slow speeds below 20 kilometers per hour
Repeated short journeys (less than 10Kph) with a cold engine (following a stop of more than 1 hour).
Extended use in;
Hot climate above 30 degrees Celsius
Cold climate below -15 degrees Celsius
Use with poor quality fuel
items replaced which are subject to wear and tear. As an example, these items include,
but are not limited to, batteries, ball joints, light bulbs, wiper blades and inserts, fuses, drive belts,
brake pads, brake linings, brake disc rotors, shock absorbers, tyres, wheels, clutches and wheel bearings.
On vehicles fitted with self fill AdBlueŽ system, the AdBlueŽ is not included as part of the servicing schedule or Published Price. The self fill AdBlueŽ system can be identified by a secondary blue filler cap located within the fuel filler flap area.

Should any additional work not covered by the Published Price be required, you will be advised of the additional costs, and your approval sought, prior to any work commencing.
The Published Price includes GST. Any change to the GST rate will affect the total price of the service.
Published Prices are valid to 31 December in the relevant calendar year. Prior to the 1st January each year, Citroen Automobiles Australia will review the Published Prices and may publish new maximum prices for a specified Schedule Service(Service Operations as listed at www.citroen.com.au) that will be applicable on and from, 1 January in the following calendar year.
Published Prices will only be published for the first 5 standard scheduled services for each new Citroen sold on or after 1 August 2017. The Program does not apply to the 6th standard schedule service and onwards.
The Published Price will be honoured at all participating authorised Citroen dealers throughout Australia only.(See Participating dealers at www.citroen.com.au/find-a-dealer/)
The Published Price is applicable to Eligible Vehicles imported and distributed by Citroen Automobiles Australia and originally sold by its authorised dealer network on and from 1 August 2017.
For new Citroen Vehicles sold between 1 January 2015 and 1 August 2017, the previous Citroen Capped Price Service program will continue to apply.
